If you reply publicly, be transparent, keep posts directly relevant to VA hiring or offering VA services, include the required details, use proper flair and user flair, and avoid promotional language or traffic-driving links unless it's a legitimate company site and clearly relevant.

What works here

  • Posting VA job listings with full required details
  • VAs marketing themselves if they include niche, rates, payment modes, hours, and portfolio
  • Posting legitimate company-owned website links (no Discord/unsafe links)

What gets posts removed

  • Unsolicited product/vendor pitches or advertising
  • Driving traffic or promotional posts that appear spammy
  • Posting outside VA-related scope (BPOs, side hustles, surveys, recruiting non-Filipino VAs)
  • Posting links to Discord or questionable/phishing links

VA-only and anti-promotion rule

Subreddit restricts posts to VA-related job postings and explicitly disallows those promoting and driving traffic to their websites.

Self-marketing allowed with conditions

VAs looking for clients may market themselves but must provide niche, rate, payment modes, work hours, and portfolio; low-effort posts removed.

Links allowed but restricted

Posting links/websites is allowed only if it's a legitimate company-owned website; Discord links and phishing are disallowed.

Spam limits

Users may post only once a week and spamming in posts/comments (including repetitive applications) is forbidden.

Audience/location restriction

Only Filipino VAs are allowed; non-Filipino VA applicants will be banned.

  10. 10No school related activities such as surveys or interviews.
  11. 11Posting of links/websites are allowed as long as it's a legitimate company-owned website.
  12. 12Observe friendliness/professionalism at all times.
  13. 13Only Filipino VAs are allowed in this sub.
  14. 14Karma farmers will be banned. Minimum karma of 300 points is now required to engage to post/comment.
