Rule explicitly forbids self-promotion of sites, tools, or projects and says purely promotional posts/comments will be deleted.

No recommending non-accredited reps

Rule forbids recommending or requesting help finding non-VSO accredited representatives or claim services.

External links allowed if informational

Posting links to useful content is sometimes allowed, but promotional posts will be removed—so links must be clearly informational.

Verify official affiliations

Users claiming to be VA employees, VSOs, or accredited agents must be verified via mod mail before claiming authority.

AI tool promotion banned

Use or advertising of AI tools in posts/comments is not allowed.
