The short answer
If you’re a founder/brand, post UGC job opportunities only in the Weekly Paid UGC Opportunities Thread using the template, clearly disclose pay (≥ $150) and avoid any promotional/lead-generation framing; do not solicit creators elsewhere.
What works here
- Posting paid UGC opportunities in the pinned weekly thread (use template)
- Disclosing compensation and paying ≥ $150 for opportunities
- Including affiliate links only with disclosure and personal experience
- Asking for genuine feedback on UGC created by creators (not market research)
What gets posts removed
- Standalone promotional posts, ads, or requests for follows
- Posting opportunities outside the weekly thread
- Market research/surveys/polls or recruiting creators for lists/Discords
- Commission-only, gifted, affiliate-as-compensation, or performance-only pay in opportunities
- Using posts to funnel users off-Reddit for marketing or lead generation

Opportunities must use weekly thread
All UGC opportunities must be posted in the dedicated weekly paid opportunities thread; standalone opportunity posts are removed.
Thread posting requirements
Posts in the weekly thread must use the template, disclose compensation, and pay a minimum of $150; many compensation types are prohibited.
No market research or recruitment
Surveys, feedback solicitations intended as market research and creator recruitment posts are prohibited.
Brands allowed with conditions
Sidebar notes brands/agencies are welcome to post opportunities if they follow subreddit rules.
