Can you promote in r/robloxhelp?

No advertising rule

Rule 6 explicitly bans using the subreddit to advertise services or servers (including Discord groups and Roblox groups).

Do not direct people off-site

Rule 8 forbids directing people to any site besides tutorials or the Roblox Support Page, limiting external links for promotion.

Keep to topic

Rule 1 requires posts be help-related (bugs/errors/issues), so promotional content would be off-topic and removed.

Moderator discretion

Rule 14 allows moderators to remove posts they deem problematic even if not explicitly listed, so ambiguous promotion may be removed.
