Engage as a helpful community member first, give non-promotional, value-first answers and disclose your affiliation only when relevant and brief; do not post self-promotional links or overt ads without prior mod approval.

What works here

  • answer questions about recruitment process or tools in a non-promotional way
  • discuss industry insights, trends, and product-agnostic best practices
  • identify yourself as a developer/founder for transparency (no sales pitch)

What gets posts removed

  • posting ads, link-drops, or using the post primarily to promote your product/site
  • posting job adverts without moderator approval
  • starting threads where the main focus is your product, service, or blog
