Don't promote a product or service or ask for business; instead provide neutral, helpful advice without mentioning your company or linking to resources.

What works here

  • Giving general, non-commercial advice on posts
  • Answering questions as an individual with expertise (no promotion)
  • Linking only when clearly relevant and not promotional (mods decide)

What gets posts removed

  • Advertising products, services, or launches
  • Soliciting money, customers, or recruits
  • Asking users to PM/DM you for help or leads
  • Posting links to your site, YouTube, or items for sale

No advertising rule

Rule 10 explicitly forbids linking to personal sites, YouTube, or stuff for sale; mods determine what counts as advertising.

No soliciting funds

Rule 9 disallows soliciting money and treats such requests as scams.

No personal messaging

Rule 2 prohibits asking others to PM/DM, blocking a common lead-generation approach.

Account requirements and moderation

Sidebar requires accounts be 15+ days old with 50+ comment karma and warns that rule violations are grounds for ban, indicating strict enforcement.
