  • share personal experiences or non-commercial advice relevant to weight loss

What gets posts removed

  • linking to your product, service, website, Discord, or commercial content
  • posting surveys, solicitations, money requests, or recruitment for customers
  • posting promotional content even disguised as help or 'feedback' requests

Posts, comments, and messages promoting a product, service, or business are prohibited and links to external content for traffic are banned.

No Promotion / Selling / Fundraising

Do not ask for donations, link to crowdfunding, or attempt to sell items or participate in cash-based diet sites.

No Surveys

Surveys are explicitly prohibited, preventing lead-gen via questionnaires.

No Recruitment/Accountability Groups

Standalone accountability partner posts and advertising groups/servers are banned (links to Discord banned outside specific thread).

Restricted medical/medication posts

Standalone medication discussions and sharing sources/prices are prohibited, limiting promotional medical content.
