Classifieds-only self-promo

Self-promotion and personal listings are permitted only in the Calcutta Classifieds thread (scheduled); promotional posts elsewhere are disallowed.

Commercial content banned

Surveys, crowdfunding, commercial/reseller content, MLMs and deceptive offers are explicitly not allowed anywhere (including Classifieds).

Quality & low-effort removal

Mods remove low-effort self posts, shitposting and duplicated/inferior content — be substantive and community-focused.

Relevance and flair requirements

Posts must be relevant to Kolkata/West Bengal and use correct flair; off-topic promotional content will be removed.
