What works here

  • Post hiring requests or offers from solopreneurs/small agencies
  • Use [HIRING] or [For Hire] prefix and include the role/purpose in the title
  • Post multi-hour/day/month projects (not tiny tasks)
  • Accept global applicants unless role is language-specific

What gets posts removed

  • Posting spammy repetitive ads or overposting if your ad is already on first 3 pages
  • Advertising adult/OnlyFans-related work or academic/homework writing services
  • Posting very small paid tasks or unpaid brigading/Reddit-TOS-violating tasks
  • Mentioning age or gender in hiring criteria
