The short answer

Do not promote your company or product or solicit leads; participate as a regular seller with helpful, non-promotional answers and only mention your shop/product in approved critique posts or the designated sticky if applicable.

What works here

  • Ask or answer seller questions without promotion
  • Post a shop critique following the sub's critique guidelines
  • Use the stickied promotion/self-promo threads for allowed promotion

What gets posts removed

  • Posting promotional content, tool feedback requests, surveys, or lead-gen
  • Linking your shop or product outside critique posts or stickies
  • Commenting to advertise services or recruit customers

No Promotion / No Seller Tools Feedback

Rules explicitly ban promotional posts/comments and have a zero-tolerance policy for promotion, feedback on, or market research for services or tools for sellers.

Shop links restricted

Linking your shop is only allowed when necessary (e.g., as required for a shop critique) and shop links/referral links otherwise disallowed except in specified sticky threads.

Promotion only in stickied thread

If you'd like to promote, the rules direct users to the stickied promotion post rather than regular posts/comments.

Sidebar: critique allowed with rules

Sidebar invites shop introductions and critiques but emphasizes not posting items unless seeking constructive criticism and following the critique guidelines.
