Can you promote in r/destiny2?

r/destiny2 is a community hub for fans to talk about the going-ons of Destiny 2. All posts and discussion should in someway relate to the game. We are not affiliated with Bungie in any way, and are a strictly fan-run community.

The short answer

Avoid public promotional posts; if you must engage, keep replies informational, disclose affiliation, and request/moderator-approval before posting product links or promotions.

What works here

  • Participate in game-related discussion and help threads
  • Share creative/constructive YouTube content (per rules)
  • Request moderator approval for any self-promotion or giveaways

What gets posts removed

  • Posting product ads, commercial solicitations, or giveaways without mod approval
  • Sharing social media/Discord invite links (explicitly prohibited)
  • Using the subreddit for recruiting customers or LFG/recruitment
