Promotions belong in the Degoogle Showcase megathread — public promotional posts otherwise are restricted.

Affiliated users must disclose and prefix [DEV]

If affiliated, prefix comments with [DEV] so the mod team can vet the post before it goes live.

Repeated promotion disallowed

Repeated promotion of the same product across the sub is not allowed, limiting outreach frequency.

No affiliate links

Posts/comments containing affiliate links, referral codes, or monetized URLs will be removed.

Community prefers FOSS/privacy-respecting alternatives
