What gets posts removed

  • Posting product, service, study, survey, or recruitment messages
  • Advertising, linking to commercial sites, or soliciting customers
  • Sending unsolicited direct messages or tagging physicians
  • Claiming professional credentials without verification or posting AI-generated replies

Promotion banned

Rule 8 states promoting services, products, websites, channels, surveys or study recruitment will result in permanent ban.

Top-level comments restricted

Rule 12 restricts top-level comments to verified/flaired users only, limiting vendor outreach via top-level replies.

Credential claims restricted

Rule 6 forbids unflaired users from claiming professional medical experience; verification process is required to be a trusted contributor.

No unsolicited messaging

Rule 2 forbids sending unsolicited messages or recruiting people to discuss matters privately, which blocks DM-based lead generation.
