Do not promote or mention your product/company; instead offer non-commercial supportive advice and, if appropriate, direct users to seek professional help or the sub's resources.

What works here

  • Non-commercial supportive comments
  • Sharing personal experiences (non-promotional)
  • Referring to public resources in the wiki or crisis links

What gets posts removed

  • Advertising products, services, apps, or blogs
  • Asking users to DM or move conversation off‑site
  • Posting surveys, research, or solicitations without prior approval
  • Claims of quick fixes or miracle cures

No Solicitation

Rule disallows advertising, marketing research, requests for money/donations, or sharing stories for personal/professional gain.

No DMs or outside chats

Rule forbids asking users to DM or move discussion off Reddit for promotion or private sharing of apps.

No Research Studies

Rule states the sub is not taking requests to submit research studies or surveys at this time and asks for review first.

Do Not Promote Quick Fixes
