What works here
- Answer technical or general airsoft questions (non-commercial)
- Post original, non-advertising content
- Participate in community threads (e.g., Tech Tuesdays)
- Message moderators to ask about allowed content
What gets posts removed
- Posting advertisements, sales, or solicitation
- Linking directly to a webstore or using URL shorteners
- Posting product launches or recruiting customers
- Spamming or bandwagon content

No sales posts
Rules prohibit sales posts and point sellers to r/airsoftmarket, so commercial sales are disallowed in r/airsoft.
No link posts straight to webstore
Sidebar and rules disallow direct links to webstores and require link posts to be original content with descriptions.
