Prioritize helpful, non-commercial support; if mentioning a product or service, keep it brief, clearly relevant, and optional — avoid hard promotion and seek mod approval when in doubt.

  • direct advertising, solicitation, or recruiting customers
  • posting research studies or educational projects
  • providing medical/treatment plans or monetized videos without proof
